What Jeffrey is
Jeffrey is a service that helps you organise group events through WhatsApp. We're not WhatsApp – we just use WhatsApp's business messaging to communicate with you.
Your responsibilities
When using Jeffrey, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Only invite people who want to be invited
- Not use Jeffrey for spam or anything illegal
- Keep your account details secure

We'll do our best to:
- Keep Jeffrey running smoothly
- Protect your data (see our Privacy Policy)
- Let you know about any major changes
- Respond to your questions and concerns
What we don't guarantee
Jeffrey is provided "as is". We can't guarantee it'll always work perfectly, that messages will always be delivered instantly, or that it'll be available 100% of the time.
Intellectual property
Jeffrey and its design are ours. Your event content is yours. We won't use your events for marketing without permission.
Ending your use
You can stop using Jeffrey any time. We can also end your access if you break these terms or use Jeffrey in ways that harm others.
Changes to these terms
We might update these terms occasionally. We'll let you know about significant changes via WhatsApp.
Governing law
These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of England and Wales.
